Regular Cleaning

Wipe the contact surfaces between the main body and the guide rails every one to two weeks with a neutral detergent and a soft, lint-free cloth. Soften surface stains with warm water before removing to prevent particles from scratching the wire surface. After cleaning, wipe dry with a dry cloth to prevent water marks from forming mineral deposits in the metal grain. Avoid using strong acids, bases, or chlorine-based cleaners, as they may damage the stainless steel's passivation film.


Corrosion Protection

Perform surface maintenance every three to six months. Tightening Re-inspection

Quarterly, check the tightening status of the set screws and any signs of movement in the clamping position. Use a torque wrench to re-tighten to four to five Newtons to ensure sufficient preload. Check the relative angle between the stopper and the guide rail to ensure it is perpendicular to the travel direction to avoid abnormal wear of the buffer pad due to eccentric loading. If the threads are not engaging smoothly, clean them, apply extreme pressure lubricant, and then re-engage them.


Pad Maintenance

Stop pads should be replaced promptly if they are hardened, cracked, or if the indentation depth exceeds one-third of the original thickness. Use only warm water and a neutral cleaner when cleaning to avoid solvents that may degrade the rubber. Prolonged ambient temperatures above 80°C or below -20°C will shorten the lifespan. Inspection intervals should be shortened to maintain a smooth and elastic contact surface.


Guide Rail Calibration

Inspect the guide rail straightness and bracket tightness every six months. Use a ruler and feeler gauge to check the rail surface deviation within 500 mm before and after the stop point. Keep it within 0.5 mm to prevent the stop point from shifting due to localized track sinking. If the bracket is loose, unload it before re-tightening it. Adjust the bracket spacing if necessary to keep the door's operating resistance and stop impact under control.
